Madonna visits the victims of French stage accident

Madonna is expected to visit some of the eight workers who were injured in an accident in which two workers were killed while assembling a music stage for the singer in the French port of Marseilles.

The mayor's office in Marseilles says Madonna is expected to visit two hospitals Sunday night.

Madonna's concert that was scheduled for Sunday night in Marseilles was canceled after the accident Thursday at the Velodrome stadium, when the roof of the stage collapsed while it was being built and crashed down on the workers.
